The agreement

By using the site, creating an account, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

Some offers, including RFX+ and the RFX+ Founding Coach Program, have additional terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the offer terms control that offer.

The service

RFX+ is a membership for racket-sport training plans and related content. It is a fitness product. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care, and it does not promise a playing or fitness result.

We may change, pause, or stop features. If we discontinue a paid membership you have already bought, the refund rules in that offer apply.

Accounts

Keep your login and contact details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Membership, price, and renewal

Prices are shown before you pay. A membership renews for the same term until you cancel, at the rate disclosed at checkout, unless the offer says otherwise. RFX+ pricing, renewal and refunds are in the RFX+ Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Cancel before a renewal date if you do not want the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, refund a period that has already been paid. Refund windows for a specific offer are the ones shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, scrape it in a way that harms it, share an account the offer does not allow, or use RFX names or content to mislead someone. Do not submit an application that you know is false.

Intellectual property

The RFX name, logo, training content, and site belong to RFX or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the membership you paid for. You do not receive ownership of the content. Program participants may use approved materials only as those program terms allow.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and memberships are provided as available. Training content is general information, not personal medical advice. To the extent the law allows, RFX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, RFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. RFX’s total liability for a membership claim is limited to the amount you paid RFX for that membership during the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If a law where you live gives you a right these terms cannot waive, that right still applies.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will give notice before it applies to that membership. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
